I've updated and reorganized the Information Links for Beginning Authors section on my web site. It's still a work in progress, but I'm getting there. I'm not trying to collect every link out there, just provide a basic starting place for people who are basically just starting.

In other news, it's really fricking cold here and I hate that. We're looking at a high of 33 on Thursday and Friday, augh.

We might hit 35 for today, but that's the high for the rest of the week. ::sighs::

I know some people love the cold, evidently we're just not in that select few...

I saw an interview with Philip Seymour Hoffman once, where he was talking about how he used to think he loved freezing weather, until he moved to California, and realized he had had Stockholm Syndrome all these years and that liking cold weather was just worshiping your oppressor.

RE: Info. Links for Beginning Writers

Are these links information resources you feel are of good to excellent quality or are you just collecting writing links in general for your list?

I do read the links, and I wouldn't link to anything that I didn't think was a good resource.

Thanks, Martha. I've gone ahead and bookmarked that specific page of your website specifically - under the heading of "Fine Arts, Resources" and tagged as 'writing'. I appreciate the work you're putting into this. Never know when I may get brave enough to use it.

We hit 19* here yesterday! But it was back down to 2* when I woke up this morning. BUT! The temp might actually climb all the way to 28* tomorrow!

:/

I am so glad I got a pair of long underwear for Christmas. Sheesh.

Augh, that sucks. I guess we're paying for the fairly mild winter we had last year.
